Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. If you need to cancel or change something, email admin@fifth-element.co as soon as possible with your order number and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled, but you can return it under our Return & Refund policy.

Most of our products ship free worldwide, with no minimum order. A few items (mainly some books and home goods) ship only to selected countries, including the US, Canada, Australia, the UK, Ireland and much of Western Europe; these ship free over $19.90 and from $5 below that. Your exact shipping cost and availability are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, then delivery usually takes 7–21 business days depending on your location and customs. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Some orders arrive in more than one package, each with its own tracking.

Email admin@fifth-element.co within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number, the item(s) and the reason, plus photos if anything arrived damaged. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please wait for our approval and return instructions before sending anything back. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you. Full details are in our Return & Refund policy.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it. If you haven't seen your refund 15 business days after approval, email us and we'll look into it.
