Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping Method
- We partner with trusted international courier services to ensure secure delivery.
- A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
Free Worldwide Shipping on Most Items
- Most of our products ship free, worldwide, with no minimum order.
- A small number of items (mainly some books and home goods) ship from separate warehouses to the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Ireland and much of Western Europe. These ship free on orders of $19.90 and up, and from $5 below that. Some books ship to the United States only.
- The exact shipping cost and availability for your address are always shown at checkout before you pay.
Multiple Shipments
- Some items may ship separately depending on their supplier or fulfillment center, so your order may arrive in multiple packages with different arrival times.
- Tracking information is provided for each shipment.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Orders are usually delivered within 7–21 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Customs & Import Duties
- Customs duties, taxes and import fees are the customer’s responsibility. They vary by country and are not included in the product price.
Shipping Delays
- Delivery may be delayed by customs inspections, weather conditions or peak seasonal demand. We will notify you of any unexpected delays and help with tracking.
